Our Vision

A Cultivation Reform Mission

Land Use Pattern In India:

India, the most populous Democratic Republic in the world, is seventh largest country by area. It is pluralistic, multilingual and has got a matchless multiethnic society system. The country has a total land area of approximately 328 million hectares and out of which nearly 51% of the total land is cultivated and sown.

Uncultivated, Pastures And Other Grazing Land:

According to the available land use statistics, there is approximately 5% land which falls in uncultivated category and which is cultivated only once, in every two-three years time. Also, the area separated as cultivable waste, is around 6.4% of total land. Fallow and other waste lands including grazing pastures, which are currently not cultivated, is presumed around 42 millions hectares and further expansion of such land for cultivation needs:

Need For Creation Of Co-Operative Farming:

The mounting population and advanced standard of living have resulted in an ever increasing demand of residential land both in villages and towns. Cities and towns are obligated to grow vertically rather than horizontally. Land is also needed to develop industry, commerce, transport, educational facilities, recreational facilities etc.
